Jimmy St. Louis
CEO
Jimmy holds a BS in Business Administration from Auburn University and an MBA, MS in Finance, and MS in Telecommunications from Murray State University. Jimmy transitioned to entrepreneurship, co-founding and scaling Laser Spine Institute into a $48M EBITDA national platform. He went on to lead Advanced Healthcare Partners and Regenerative Medicine Solutions, delivering a ~6x CoC return for investors with a $22M exit. He is the founder and CEO of Franchise123, a digital franchise marketplace, and AliRx, a membership-based food sensitivity service. He is also a decorated athlete with four national rowing medals and formerly played in the NFL as a Tight End for the Tennessee Titans
Henry Gerrity
SVP of Finance
Henry holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and dual bachelor's degrees from the University of Southern Maine and Sewanee. Most recently, as Senior Director of FP&A at Tend, he led finance and business intelligence, overseeing financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives, including market planning, site selection, and performance improvement. He also played a key role in capital raising efforts, managing investor outreach and diligence. With deep expertise in financial planning and strategic partnerships, Henry brings a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
Rachel Scott
Chief of Staff
Rachel is a former consultant turned operator, and has specialized in digital strategy, customer engagement, and operational innovation. At Deloitte, she led growth strategy initiatives across the Retail, Consumer Products, and Financial Services sectors, driving stakeholder value and crafting executive-level content. She has spearheaded market analysis and customer strategies and is has a proven track record of driving process improvement and customer engagement. She holds her MBA from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Baylor University.

Vice President
Logan is a Vice President at Shore Capital and serves on the boards of Empower Aesthetics and PartnerCare. He brings a strong background in private equity and investment banking, with prior experience at RoundTable Healthcare Partners and Barclays Investment Banking Division. Logan specializes in driving strategic growth and value creation in healthcare-focused businesses.
Michael Burcham
Chief of Strategy and Talent Development
Michael is the Chief of Strategy and Talent Development at Shore Capital and serves on the boards of Point C, Southern Orthodontic Partners, Therapy Partners Group, and Great Lakes Dental Partners. He is also a faculty member at Vanderbilt University. With prior leadership roles at Narus Health, Paradigm Health, and Theraphysics, Michael brings extensive experience in healthcare strategy, talent development, and organizational leadership.
Dino Eliopoulos
Lead Independent Director (“LID”), PE-CEO
Dino is an accomplished executive with a track record of driving growth and operational success. As CEO of Behavioral Innovations, he led Shore's ABA therapy platform to a successful exit at a 6.7x CoC return. Dino serves on the board of Community Care Partners, Shore's 100-location urgent care platform, and as SVP for Shore's 300+ location veterinary business. Previously, he was CFO of MedExpress and Provista, where he provided strategic financial leadership in healthcare-focused organizations.
David Barr
Multi-Site Consumer Services, People
David is the LID of Empower Aesthetics, Shore’s medspa platform, and a seasoned investor with extensive experience in people-led, consumer services businesses. He owns and invests in numerous multi-site food and consumer services franchises and has served as Chairman of the International Franchise Association and Domino’s Pizza China. David also serves on various franchisor and franchisee boards, leveraging his expertise to drive growth and operational excellence.
Dylan Jackson
De Novo / Organic Growth / Operations
Dylan is the COO of BrightView, Shore’s addiction treatment platform, where he leads operations and strategic growth. Previously, he served as Vice President at Orchard Holdings Group, a private investment firm focused on sustainable, long-term growth. Dylan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from the University of Cincinnati.
George Koveos
Telehealth and Men’s Health
George is the COO of Mixlab, a veterinary compounding pharmacy, where he oversees operations and growth. Previously, he served as COO of Ro, a leading digital provider of men’s health products, and held leadership roles in wellness at SoulCycle and eCommerce at Gilt and Ralph Lauren. George brings deep expertise in scaling consumer-focused businesses across healthcare, wellness, and retail.
Dr. Stephen Klasko
Longevity, Innovative Healthcare Models
Dr. Klasko is an Executive in Residence at General Catalyst, focusing on healthcare venture capital investments. He previously served as CEO and President of Thomas Jefferson Health, a $10B+ system, where he led exponential growth. A recognized thought leader in innovative healthcare delivery, Dr. Klasko began his career as a classically trained women’s health physician.

Dr. Lavalle is the founder of Metabolic Code Enterprises, a platform offering personalized hormone treatment plans and patient recommendations. He serves as Clinical Co-Chair of A4M, the largest conference in the longevity space, and is the Chief Scientific Officer at Life Time Fitness. With extensive experience in sports medicine, Dr. Lavalle provides training services for NFL, NHL, and MLB teams and is the Director of the NFL Hall of Fame Health Program.
